Because seals are not in intimate contact with the tube i.d. during insertion and removal the DeltaPro mandrel, there is nothing to prevent ease of entry or withdrawal of the tooling; tube to tube times are reduced to seconds, and seal replacement time during a job is reduced to less than one minute.
DeltaPro Mandrel Assembly
Improved QualityDeltaPro tools do not mark the i.d. of tubes, making them ideal for the fabrication of heat exchangers for the pharmaceutical, food, or nuclear industry. The design also allows for more exacting expansion zones, providing the ability to hydraulically expand tubes in thinner tubesheets then previously possible. |
